Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association (PTVA), one of
Maharashtra’s premier educational conglomerates with a rich legacy of
105 years, crosses yet another noteworthy milestone with the opening
of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) Pre-primary section from the academic
year 2026.
This landmark marks a new chapter for Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE), an institution of repute under the aegis of PTVA. Renowned for its steadfast commitment to academic excellence, character development, and blending learning with life skills, PTV (ICSE) inspires students to unleash their fullest potential. Our pursuit of high academic standards is reflected in our consistent 100% results at the ICSE Board Examinations. In 2025, out of 109 students who appeared for the board exams, 66% secured 90% and above. More than 50% of the students were awarded the ‘Certificate of Merit’ by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations in recognition of their outstanding academic performance and for ranking among the top 0.1% of successful candidates in a particular subject. PTV (ICSE) has continually been recognised at state, national, and international platforms for excellence in academics, sports, co-curricular activities, leadership, and innovation — a testimony to our unwavering commitment to holistic education. Reinforcing our standing in well-rounded education, PTV (ICSE) has been honoured with the prestigious Maharashtra School Merit Award 2025, ranking 8th in Maharashtra and 7th in Mumbai in the ‘Top 20 ICSE Schools’ category, as per the Education Today survey. The rankings were determined through a comprehensive process that included multiple survey submissions, jury evaluations, and a detailed analysis by the Education Today team, along with parent votes.
Aligned with the recommendations of the National Education Policy (NEP) of 5+3+3+4 structure and to ensure compliance with this framework from Early Childhood Education (Pre-primary) to Senior Secondary, ISC (Grades XI & XII), PTV (ICSE) will now shift to the ground plus five-storeyed PTV Marathi Medium School building, a seamless transition for learners from Pre-primary to ISC within the same institution. This move will offer state-of-the-art facilities, including Robotics and STEM Labs, digital classrooms, well-equipped science and computer laboratories, creative art and music rooms, expansive sports arenas and playgrounds, collaborative learning zones, fully-resourced libraries, activity rooms, and a school auditorium — all curated to develop their foundation skills in literacy, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
